An amphibious alien from a distant galaxy, Rotarr, crash landed his spaceship on Earth in the early 1940s. Though most of his equipment was destroyed, Rotarr salvaged his gun and his high powered helicopter back pack. His gun fires blasts of stunning energy immobilizing his enemies allowing him to start up the helicopter for escape. Searching the Earth for new technology, Rotarr strives to one day return to his native planet.
