CANCELLATION and RETURN POLICY

Once you click "Submit Order", your order is processed and items that are in stock cannot be cancelled.

Items that are not in stock and are placed on back order can either be replaced or cancelled prior to the time those items are restocked.

Additions may be made to your order up until your order has been completed and shipped.

Additions may be made via phone or email.

Simply call or e-mail for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and let us know that you are returning your items for either an exchange or refund.

Exchanges and refunds within a 30 day period of receiving merchandise are gladly accepted, as long at the item(s) are returned in factory sealed condition.

After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will incur.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

No returns will be accepted on opened items.
