He's Spider-Man's arch-enemy, and has all the same powers as Spider-Man. What makes Venom really frightening is his costume. It's actually a living, alien creature that oozes onto anyone Venom hates and knocks him out - including Spider-Man! When Spidey and Venom fight, it's anyone's guess who will win. So far Spidey's been the champ, but Venom keeps coming back.
